A Platform Admin adds tenants and looks after them in Tenant Management, under Settings: their sources, their members and CLEO. A Tenant Admin can change their own tenant's details, sources and roles.

Before you begin

  • You are a Platform Admin.
  • You have the address of each source and an access token for it from your organisation's monitoring platform.
  • Optional: an AI provider token for CLEO, and the tenant's logo.

Steps

  1. Open Settings, then Tenant Management, and select Add New Tenant.
  2. Type a tenant name that no other tenant has.
  3. Select Add Source and fill in the source's Source Name, Source Type, Source API URL and token. Curade checks the source before it saves it, and its type cannot change later.
  4. Under Tenant Users & Responsible Engineers, add the people who belong to the tenant, and mark the responsible engineers with Is Responsible.
  5. Optional: under AI Assistance, pick an AI Model for CLEO and enter its Provider Token.
  6. Optional: add a Tenant Logo.
  7. Select Create Tenant.
  8. Select Edit Tenant on the new tenant, give each member a tenant role and select Update Tenant.

Result

The tenant collects data from its active sources, and its members see it in the tenant picker. Curade never shows a stored token again: to change one, enter a new token, and leaving the field blank keeps the current one.

Other changes

  • Edit Tenant changes its details, sources, members, AI model and logo, and its Tenant Roles: New Role adds a custom role and Edit Permissions changes one (Roles and permissions).
  • The status switch pauses or resumes data collection. Its responsible engineers get an email about each change.
  • Delete Tenant removes the tenant and everything in it, its history included, and cannot be undone.
