Share and export
Share Curade's chats, dashboards and reports with the people who need them, and export CLEO's answers, host lists, pipelines and credentials as files.
On this page
What you see in Curade reaches other people in two ways: you share it with them inside Curade or by email, or you export it as a file. What you can share or export follows what your roles let you open.
Sharing
| Page | What it shares |
|---|---|
| Agent Chat | A chat's menu makes it Public or Read Only, which shares it with the tenant (CLEO) |
| Dashboard | Visibility shares a dashboard with the tenant, and Transfer Ownership hands it to another user (Dashboard) |
| Report Engine | Each report goes by email to its email groups and addresses (Report engine) |
Exporting
Export As saves what a page holds to a file, named after the list and the date it was saved.
| Page | Formats |
|---|---|
| An answer in Agent Chat | PDF (.pdf) |
| Capacity Planning, the host list | Excel (.xlsx), Text (.txt), JSON (.json) |
| Host Details for one host | PDF (.pdf) |
| Transactions, under Config | Excel (.xlsx), Text (.txt), JSON (.json) |
| Pipeline, the pipeline list | Excel (.xlsx), Text (.txt), JSON (.json) |
| Manage Automation Credentials | Excel (.xlsx), Text (.txt), JSON (.json) |
What gets captured
An export holds the page as it stands when you make it: the tenant, the sources you picked, your search and your filters. The host list export holds the hosts your search and filters leave, with the columns you show. An export of the credentials list holds their IDs and types, never the passwords, secrets or keys themselves.
