Introduction

Curade Mini is a mobile app for monitoring the IT environments Core Consulting looks after for its clients. It reads the data of each environment from your organisation's monitoring platform, and puts what matters on your phone: how healthy each environment is, what is broken, what it touches and why it happened.

What it holds

• Dashboard: one health score for each environment, and the metric widgets you pin.
• CLEO: the assistant, which answers questions about what is on screen in plain words.
• Console: for admins, the accounts, environments and notifications they look after.
• Problems: the problems open and resolved in your time window, with their root cause and what they touch.
• Applications: how real users experience each monitored application.
• Services: response time, failure rate and throughput for the services behind the applications.
• Infrastructures: CPU, memory and disk use for each host.
• Monitoring: your own alerts, checked on a schedule even while the app is closed.

Behind every explanation in the app sits Cluemetry, the app's reasoning engine. It works out from the monitoring data why a reading looks the way it does, and shows the facts each finding stands on.

Who it is for

Every account holds one role, and the role decides which modules it opens:

• Engineer: the full monitoring depth, every module above apart from the console.
• Admin: the dashboard, problems and CLEO, alerts on problems and the health score, and the console for the environments assigned to them.

Roles and permissions sets out what each role opens. Core Consulting staff who run the service connect the environments and look after them.

What you need

• An account. There is no public sign up: Core Consulting or an admin in your organisation creates it for you and emails you an invite (Get access).
• At least one environment your account has been given. The app works only with environments Core Consulting has connected.
• A phone or tablet it runs on (Requirements).

Curade Mini's screens are in English and Bahasa Melayu, and each account picks its own.
